Benyamin Yoga (All Levels)
A
heated 60/75 Minute class that safely guides students of all levels through most basic to intermediate postures in a vigorous and fluid practice. Our Signature
Flow allows students to track their growth and experience the benefit of a set sequence.

Yoga Body
A body conditioning yoga practice that can incorporate weights, bands, plyometric exercises and other strengthening movements.
Students experience a well-balanced asana practice while isolating certain muscle groups to enhance strength and form.
Level 1
Suitable for beginning yoga practitioners as well as those who want to focus more on alignment and prefer a moderate pace.

Level 1 / 2
A great transition for beginners to the level 2 class,
this mixed level format introduces variations of basic postures and moves at a faster pace than Level 1.


Level 2
A
more vigorous class for advanced beginners and intermediate level students. Expect to get sweaty.

Level 2 / 3
Prior yoga experience is recommended for this challenging class.
Explore arm balances, more advanced variations of basic postures, as well as various pranayama (breath control) techniques. Expect to get very sweaty.

Candlelight
Open to all
levels, this class is set to candle light and as such features more flow and less workshop-like breakdown of postures.

Seniors'/Gentle Yoga
Join our senior yogi, Jim DeLapp (65) for a
calming and restorative yoga practice. We will gently stretch the body in all directions and practice poses to strengthen the body. This class will help you center yourself as the
day turns into eve. (Senior Discount available.) Students need to be able to get up and down from the floor independently. Those with medical conditions, please check with your
physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga.
Coming Soon: Prenatal Yoga
No prior yoga experience is required for this class. Work on strengthening, opening, and preparing your body for birth as well as connect to your child
through breath and meditation. Unheated.

Gentle Yoga
This class is for those who want a slower,
less challenging class than level one. The practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to
support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. Those with medical conditions, please check with
your physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga.
Coming Soon: Teacher Workshop
This 90 Min workshop is designed for budding yoga instructors who are looking for ways to enhance their teaching as well as deepen their practice.
Expect to exchange experiences and concerns as well as practice teach
your sequences and refine your physical assists. Pre-registration is required.
Weekly Themed Class
An open format class which will change from week to week. Examples include: 80s Rock, Bollywood, Hip and Shoulder Openers, etc. Unheated.
Yoginis Only Class
A Yogini is a female yoga practitioner. Whether lunar and calming or solar and energizing, enjoy a class created exclusively for yoga goddesses.
Come to practice, bond, and feel supported by your fellow yoginis.

Yoga Jolt (All Levels)
Jump start your day with an
hour long, high-energy dose of yoga. Better than coffee!
The Om Zone
A 90 minute flow set to groove, deep soul, and eclectic World beats. This continuous vinyasa flow will integrate warriors of all levels and encourage
you to move beyond the physical body. Come discover moving meditation in a fun and unintimidating environment.
Partner Yoga
Join Nicole Sopko for an oppurtunity to enjoy a little playfulness and human connection. This class mixes yoga postures, massage, and
meditation. Bring a friend, partner, or family member and your yoga partner takes class for free. (offer entended through August 27th!)
